Gerjan van Zoest is the financial administrator of the IHS. He is primarily in charge of the Finance Department and concentrates on the financial projections and overall annual budget formulation of the institute. He advises the management of the institute on all financial matters and reports on all activities contracted and implemented by IHS. He also assists course and project managers in the formulation of specific budgets. He exercises financial control and is the focal point for the external auditing of the IHS accounts.
