Petra van der Stoel is a staff member working on a part-time basis in the Finance Department of IHS. She assists in the administration and payment of all invoices received by the institute, including the travel declarations of staff and contract related accounts. She assists in the management of IHS bank accounts under the supervision of the head of the department and provides support to payment of fellowships to course participants and other tasks of the Finance Department.
