Ruud Frank is a team member of the course bureau and embodies the multitask character of IHS support staff. He combines his tasks as participants’ officer with that as facilities manager and overall problem shooting within IHS regarding the well being of staff and participants. Mr. Frank provides direct and individual support to participants during their stay in The Netherlands regarding housing and accommodation, health insurance, medical appointments, social evenings, excursions and all various types of demands. He assists the head of the course bureau regarding the welfare of the participants and is also in charge of office supplies, logistics and all technical support needed for IHS to perform its main functions.
