Call for IHS Local Alumni Associations Support Grant Applications

The Board of IHS Alumni International has allocated funding towards support of the activities of Local Alumni Associations. The support grants available are worth a maximum of 500 Euros or less depending on the amount of funds available at the time of application. The grants will be dispersed based on the innovativeness and quality of proposals presented by the Local Alumni Associations. The activities to be supported must be relevant to the mission and objectives of IHS Alumni International.

LAA submits application to Vice President

Ideally within a minimum of two (2) months before activity to be funded

Vice President tables application before the board to make a decision

Board checks for relevance of activity to the mission and objectives of IHS-AI

 

 After Decision is taken

Vice President communicates decision to LAA & the IHS Finance Office

Procedure continues to the next step if funding is approved

 4

LAA spends approved amount and sends receipts to Vice President

Vice President through IHS ARO instructs IHS Finance Office to reimburse LAA

Deadline of Applications
There is no official deadline. Applications will be handled based on first come first serve basis in addition to other criteria as will be determined by the Board of IHS Alumni International.
