Winners

IHS has decided to select the photo of Wong Chi Keun as overall winner. The photo was taken in Sham Shui Po, Kowloon, Hong Kong, China. The special award goes to Pinggot Zuleta for his photo of the evicted Fillipino families.

All entries were judged by the jury on its unique vision of urban development.
