Guidelines for Paper Presenters
A. Paper
- The paper has to be written in English, typed on A4 paper using Times New Roman 12 with 1.5 spacing and margins no more than 1 inch.
- The paper is to begin with a TITLE PAGE that includes conference name, conference date, title, authors and affiliation, abstract (no longer than 250 words). An example is given at the end of this guideline.
- The paper should be sent as electronic file in MS World format. It is recommended that the file is compressed in zip format, especially for papers with file size more than 500 kb. The full paper should be sent before February 19th , 2010 to:

5. The organizers will provide the participants with full papers in CD form instead of hard copy. Papers sent after February 19th, 2010 will not be included in the CD.
6. Each presenter will be able to drop off some copies (about 10-20 copies) of their papers at the Conference Registration Desk to be distributed in the respective session. The Organizing Committee will not provide photocopying facilities for paper presenters.
7. Only the best papers will be selected for presentation and eventual publication in a book. All other accepted papers will be published in the appropriate journal of the ECSC
B. Presentation
- The presentation of paper should be in English.
- Each conference session is 1.5 hours long and 3 papers are scheduled to be presented. To provide sufficient time for discussion in the respective session, each paper presenter is allocated at a maximum 15 minutes for presenting highlights of their paper and 15 minutes for questions and discussions. There will be four sessions every day of the conference.
- For papers with more than one author, it is suggested to designate one presenter for the presentation.
- The organizer will provide In Focus in the conference room. Paper presenters are advised to use power point presentations.
