IHS Research Committee

Mission Statement

The Research Committee's mission is to develop and stimulate research initiatives and activities and to stimulate and facilitate scientific writing within IHS. Specific roles of the research Committee are:

  • Being a sounding board of IHS staff concerning research matters,
  • Developing publication series (working paper series and reprint series),
  • Providing yearly publication overview (of professional and scientific papers and articles) of IHS staff members,
  • Reviewing and assessing papers for internal and external publications,
  • Developing skills within IHS regarding scientific research and writing, and
  • Advising the Academic Director regarding the IHS Research Project Fund and the research policy in general within IHS.
