The IHS Library

On our floor, we have a multi-functional area comprised of a library and information centre, working areas for students, and photocopy and scanning facilities. It is also possible to view DVDs, slides, and CD-ROMs. There is a data projector where special exercises and digital training can be performed.

IHS's unique, specialised library has more than 58,000 records registered in an electronic catalogue. Course participants and staff (as well as visitors and researchers) can use the library's resources. However, visitors from outside IHS should contact the information manager in advance for an appointment.

IHS staff and students can also make use to the Erasmus University Library, which includes a large catalogue of books, journals, and more, and a wide selection of (academic) databases. IHS students are welcome to reserve a study spot in either the quiet or non quiet zone of the University Library. They can take a study break in the massage chairs or the Mindfulnest: a special meditation cabin. IHS staff may use the University Library work spaces after closing hours of the Mandeville (T) building.
