Below, you’ll find an overview of various opportunities that may be relevant to you. While the scholarships are not directly administered by IHS, this overview serves as a valuable starting point for identifying potential sources of financial support early in the application process.
Latin America
FIDERH offers financing for specialty, master's or doctoral studies at universities in Mexico or abroad.
Duration: 36 Months :
General requirements
- Mexican nationality by birth or naturalization.
- Age limit 50 years.
- Letter of definitive acceptance from the University where you will carry out your studies.
- Proof of knowledge of a second language (no older than 2 years prior to receipt of the application). Any score will be considered in the evaluation.
Registration of applications begins on February 16, 2026.
Important: The application must preferably be submitted according to the paternal surname in the following order:
- A – E 13 and 14 April
- F – J April 15 to 16
- K – O April 17, 20 and 21
- P – T 22 to 24 April
- U – Z April 27 & 28

Australia
For: Australian citizens
Covers: AUD 300,000 total (~€172,000)
Applications opens: 1 May 2026.
Deadline: 30 June 2026 (5pm AEST)
Duration: Up to 3 years

For: UAE nationals
Covers: Full tuition + €2,500–€3,700 monthly stipend
Deadline: 30 April 2025
Duration: Up to 4 years

- Visa support documentation
