Max Einvall

Max Einvall is a Project Development Officer with the Team of Projects and Partnerships at IHS. In her role, she supports project acquisition and grant applications, contributing to the preparation of competitive proposals and the coordination of partnerships with local and international stakeholders. She also provides administrative support across ongoing projects, including travel arrangements, documentation, and internal coordination, ensuring efficient and compliant project implementation.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Maastricht University and a Master’s degree in International Development Studies from the University of Amsterdam, where she specialized in education in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Max joined IHS in the fall of 2025 and enjoys working in an international, multidisciplinary environment that promotes sustainability, environmental awareness, and social justice in the Global South.
