Mihaela Kracholova

Mihaela Kracholova works as a Marketing & Communications Officer. Her responsibilities include developing and coordinating marketing and recruitment strategies, helping students in enrollment and coordination of online and in-person events.

Mihaela graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Languages from HZ University of Applied Sciences. Her desire to explore new cultures brought her to the Netherlands. First, she joined IHS in February 2021 as a Marketing & Recruitment Intern. What she values the most about IHS is the team spirit and the international environment where she can work with people with different backgrounds.

Before joining the M&C team, Mihaela had a rich experience with helping and working with students. She was the President of the Flushing International Student Association (FISA) at HZ University. She was in charge of organising and coordinating social events for international students. Mihaela has also been an active ambassador of HZ and Unify, the biggest agency for Dutch higher education in her home country, Bulgaria.
