There’s a lot of preparation needed to embark on any career path after a Master’s degree. When you see the word ‘career workshop’, probably images of a Curriculum Vitae, job search, job-interviews and images of workplaces as you imagine them, flash through your mind. “Business - or careers - as usual”, is not the solution! Dealing with ever-changing challenges, fast developing technology and new ways of working in knowledge networks demands adapting and aligning the right people with the right skills in the right places. This engaging and interactive workshop invites you to reflect on your own realities, practice & perspectives. Ask yourself “At the most basic level, what do I have to offer others?”; “What is my purpose?” "How can I dive deep into my own personality and personal brand and how can I reflect that in the way I network for my job search or my resume & application?"

Takeaways:

  • The fundamental principles behind what your career should mean for you aka "Finding & articulating your Purpose"
  • Understanding the power of networking and learn some ways to build your network
  • Reflecting on your best options for self-profiling via various means and in different situations.
  • Practical Tips to articulating your personality, purpose & skills via your Curriculum Vitae

We are going to make the best of what online space offers! Using breakout rooms, co-creation, group reflections, presentation slides, fun energisers - you’ll be in the hand of skilled trainers and facilitators. Register & bring your good mood!
