Or do you have projects/activities in sustainable financing that you would showcase at the European level? Join the free PROSPECT peer-to-peer learning programme on innovative financing! We are looking for European regional and local authorities to join our learning journey as mentees.

Applications are open for mentees until the 15th March 2019.
The  3rd learning cycle will start in May 2019, after the final selection and match-making of all applications.

What will you learn?

As a reminder, PROSPECT facilitates the exchange of knowledge and experience on innovative financing schemes under 5 thematic modules covering local energy and climate actions, especially within the framework of the Covenant of Mayors. You will learn with and from each other on how to finance and implement sustainable energy and climate action plans using innovative schemes.

How will you learn?

PROSPECT is a Peer to Peer Learning Programme for Cities and Regions, so regional and local authorities can serve as mentors or mentees. You will learn in two ways: through peer mentoring and study visits.

Who can join?

All cities, regions and any other types of territorial public authorities (e.g. provinces, urban communities, etc.) and their agencies and municipal companies (e.g. energy agencies, local energy and transport companies, etc.) are welcome to join as mentors or mentees.
