PROSPECT attracts 60 cities interested in peer learning

The engagement campaign for the first edition of the PROSPECT learning programme attracted over 60 cities, regions and energy agencies from 21 countries! Results will be out in May.

After a successful campaign that attracted more than 60 applicants, the first cycle of the PROSPECT peer-to-peer learning programme will kick-off in May 2018.  Mentors and mentees from 21 different countries will exchange experience on innovative financing schemes in five thematic area: public buildings, private buildings, transport, public lighting and cross-sectoral. Participants will share best practices on financing schemes for sustainable plans and actions successfully implemented in other cities and regions in the European Union. Mentors and mentees will collaborate through a blend of methods: during peer mentoring meetings online (one to one meetings) or study visits (one mentor city hosting several mentees). For each module, there will be three online and one physical meeting during which mentors will provide concrete guidance for developing financing schemes.
