The Orange Knowledge Programme (OKP) is a full scholarship to study in the Netherlands available to professionals working in (urban) development from a number of developing countries. Unfortunately the programme has reached the end of its 5-year planning, making this spring deadline (Feb 28, 2021) the last chance for urban professionals to apply for this full scholarship.
